How long is a typical appointment?
The average appointment is an hour, although based on the complexity of the project it can take longer.
What's an easy tip for troubleshooting my unit before calling?
Make sure that if your thermostat takes batteries that you have replaced them.
How often should I change my home's AC filter?
Due to the dusty and windy environment here in Mohave County, we’d recommend changing them out monthly.
Jeff did a maintenance check on my AC/Heat unit earlier in the year. It checked out fine. As luck would have it, the unit stopped working at around 6 PM a few weeks later. AIRzona took my call and was able to get to my home in a couple of hours. It turned out to be a bad capacitor. He found the problem and fixed it on the spot. I even got a discount because he had serviced my unit earlier in the year. I had a surgery scheduled for the next day and I don’t know what I would have done had he not worked late and fixed my problem. Great and honest company that charges a fair price for excellent service. This is a great company!.
They are amazing!! In the middle of summer they came out when our house was 120+ inside. Had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes and had it fixed in 5 minutes. We had cool air soon after!!! I recommend them 100%. Very professional and reasonably priced.
Our heat or AC always decides to stop working on the coldest or hottest time of year. Each time we have called, AIRzona Comfort Solutions was able to come out in a timely manner and assess and fix our problem. They are respectful and honest and go above and beyond for their customers.
